These projects can be carried out by non-state associations, churches, local authorities or communities;
•    shows activity on the basis of voluntary agreements on unpaid activities on a fixed scheduled time with a specific host and / or directing an organization that is responsible for providing accommodation and meals free of charge, insurance, and in some cases, pocket money.
